The Method

# The Continuum of Care: a safe path back to connection.

Families don’t heal on a schedule. The Continuum of Care moves each family forward only when the evidence says they are ready — and steps support down gently once they are.

## The four phases

1. ### Therapeutic Supervised Visitation
   A licensed therapist coaches the visit in real time, guided by the Structured Visitation Observation Assessment™.
2. ### Facilitated Conjoint Therapy
   Joint sessions tailored to each family’s needs, with no fixed format.
3. ### Reunification Therapy
   Repair work that begins once the family shows stability. It never forces forgiveness, affection, disclosure or contact.
4. ### Aftercare & Step-Down
   Gradual reduction of support, with transition planning, co-parenting and boundary support, and ongoing monitoring.

## The RARS™ Assessment Suite
